How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare for the conversation, route the inquiry internally, and send a basic receipt with a copy of the submitted form data.

The contact form is delivered through Azure Communication Email using configured sender and recipient addresses. Receipt emails are sent to the work email submitted in the form.
Analytics
The public website currently does not send analytics events to a third-party collector. Any analytics we add will be used to understand website usage and improve content.
Retention
Contact request retention is handled through the receiving email inbox and any follow-up workflow. You can ask us to delete or stop using submitted contact information, subject to any retention needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
